Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
To ensure the highest standards of delivery and the safe arrival of our artisanal products, we currently exclusively ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
Special Note on P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
Due to the structural nature of our birdhouses—many of which are oversized, handcrafted with solid wood, or contain delicate hand-painted elements—we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. These shipping locations often have size restrictions and handling processes that increase the risk of damage to fragile goods. We kindly ask that you provide a physical residential or commercial address at checkout to guarantee a secure delivery via our professional carriers.

The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on your tax-exclusive order subtotal and is clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Greenbirdnest is not liable for packages that are misdelivered or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.
Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office first. If the package remains missing, you must contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. While we are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery, we will provide any necessary documentation to assist in your claim.
Damaged in Transit
Given the handcrafted and often delicate nature of our birdhouses, we take extreme care in our packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are here to make it right.
