Q: Where do you ship from and which regions do you serve?
A: All orders are managed and dispatched from our operational hub in Painter, Virginia. Currently, we focus exclusively on serving customers within the United States. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time to ensure the secure arrival of our handcrafted birdhouses.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We believe in making it easy for you to welcome nature into your garden. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $60.00. For orders that do not meet this threshold, a flat shipping fee of $9.00 will be applied at checkout.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your total waiting time is split into two phases:
You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your package leaving our facility.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, the birdhouse must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. We are proud to state that we charge No Restocking Fees.
Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
A: If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, Greenbirdnest will cover all return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: For security and tracking purposes, do not send items back to the address on your shipping label. You must first contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our team will provide you with the specific return address and instructions to ensure your refund is processed promptly.
Q: Will the product I receive look exactly like the photos?
A: Because our birdhouses are crafted from natural solid wood and many feature hand-painted details, slight variations in wood grain and color shades are expected. These are not defects but rather the unique characteristics of artisanal work. Please also note that screen settings vary, which may cause minor differences between the digital image and the physical product.
Q: What should I do if my birdhouse arrives damaged?
A: While we use high-quality protective packaging, fragile items can occasionally be damaged in transit. If your item arrives broken, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
