However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive with unexpected issues. This policy is designed to provide a transparent, fair, and straightforward process for returns and refunds, ensuring your peace of mind when shopping with us.
Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a customer-friendly return period to ensure you have ample time to inspect your new garden addition.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—completely new, unused, and without any wear or tear. The birdhouse must include all original tags and be returned in its original packaging.
Safe Packaging: Because our products are made of natural wood and hand-painted materials, the return packaging must be secure and robust to prevent any damage during the return transit.
How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)
To ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently, we employ a mandatory authorization system.

Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RMA code on the outside of your package.
CRITICAL NOTICE:Please do not send items back to the sender’s address on the original shipping label without contacting us first. Our administrative office is separate from our processing centers. Returns sent without prior authorization or to the incorrect address cannot be tracked and will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
We believe in a fair division of shipping responsibilities based on the nature of the return:
Merchant Responsibility (Damaged or Incorrect Items): If your birdhouse arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, Greenbirdnest will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Requirement: You must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging to qualify for a pre-paid return label.
Customer Responsibility (Customer Remorse/Change of Mind): If you decide you no longer want the item, or if you selected the wrong style or size, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparency and hate hidden costs as much as you do. Greenbirdnest does not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 Restocking Fee) for returned items. The amount refunded to you will be the full purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping fees for “change of mind” returns.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will follow these steps:
Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned item within 1–3 business days of arrival to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
Approval Notification: We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.
Payment Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Bank Processing Time: Please note that it typically takes an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention Cancellation Window: We offer a small window for mistakes. You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full, immediate refund.
Post-Window Cancellations: Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase (usually after 12 hours), it cannot be cancelled. At that point, you must wait to receive the item and follow our standard return process.
Fraud Prevention: To protect our community and business, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity, such as returning “swapped” items or products that show signs of significant use or intentional damage.
